A Home not a House

To me a home is a place where you are loved and do not feel discriminated for your interests, but a house I could feel disliked and unwelcomed from the people surrounding me. I may move house to house throughout my life but if I am moving all of the time I cannot ground myself in one place it could just feel like the place I’m living in is only a house and not a home and not my own structure. In my home there is an area in my room and that area is my safe space. My area is big and can fit about three grown adults. No matter what in that area I feel safe and protected when I am in that area of my room. When in a house I could feel unsafe and unprotected in that house, but it is different for all people. My home was once a home to a different family, they cherished my home in the same way my family now does ever since my family moved in. when me and my family had moved in the structure was dusty because of all the renovations that the family living there before had done before to sell the house faster. One my family got almost all of the stuff from the home we had before, me and the rest of my family went shopping for new furniture, and had found lots of new furniture like chairs, two couches, and a very big dining table I got to pick out certain things for my home, mostly stuff for my room to make my home truly mine. So, to this day I still have the same home.
