What Home Means to Me

Home is a loving place for family and friends to hangout. Home is where my family lives, home is where I live, home is a place for spending time together, where you make lots of memories and have lots of great times. Home is where families come together and where families get closer. Home is where you bake with your mom, play outside with your sister, and watch hockey with your dad. Home is where you have lots of good times. Home is where you have summer night BBQ’s with friends and family where you play outside on the trampoline and you go swimming in your pool. Home is where you have traditions on Christmas morning or on your birthday. Home is a place where you should feel welcome and you should feel like you belong. Home is a place that you should be thankful for and feel lucky because not everyone has a home. Home is where you start and end the day. My home is where I took my first steps and where I started my journey of life. Home is where I laugh and have fun but sometimes home is where you cry. Home is where people care for me and people love me. That's why home is called home.
