What Home Means to Me

Home is a place where I feel safe and warm. Home is a place where I know I am loved. The people at home know who I am. The people at home accept me for who I am. Home is a place where I can relax. Home is the place where I belong. Home is a place where I can make memories. Home is a place where it’s ok to feel any feeling. Home is a place where I am creative. Home is a place where I won’t make mistakes. Home is a place where I know I’m sheltered. My home has everything that I need to survive. Home is a place where I can soar! Home is a place where I like to write. Home is a place where I feel cozy inside, and where I know I’m alright. At home, I can sit without worry. Home is a place where I feel super steady. Home is the place I want to be when I’m not feeling good inside. Today, I was asked what home means to me, and in my head I just said…this is going to be easy!
