The Meaning of Home
People think a house is a home but a home is a whole different story. A home is a place where you can feel safe. You can share your thoughts and your feelings and no one's there to judge you for what you think.
Home is a place where your family and friends are there for you even when you have ups and downs. Your Mom and Dad or guardians are a big part of your home. Your Mom and Dad or your guardians can help you push through hard times like when you lose someone or a breakup.
Not only are your friends and family there for you but your pets are too. Pets give you snuggles and kisses but they also help when you are feeling down. Your pets can help walk you when you don’t have energy. They can guard you from people you are not familiar with.
A home is not a house. A house has four walls and a roof but a home is a place where your loved ones care for you, provide for you and make you feel safe. A home is forever but a house is temporary. A house is rough and hard but a home is like a big strong fluffy bear snuggling you. I feel safe in my home.
