Meaning of Home

Home is something everyone should have, a safe place to be yourself and express yourself. To feel loved and accepted, to have the feeling of being free and happy, home is where you truly belong. Home is where all my memories stay and I gain more day after day. This poem might sound funny or weird but this feels like the best way, home is where I feel loved and appreciated - for who I am, happy and free - all my struggles and fear go away as soon as I reach my home-base. Home is a place to learn to forgive and a place to make mistakes, and without a doubt home is where I can hangout. And no matter if you're brave or shy, just always remember it’s okay to cry. Don’t be afraid to express yourself because home will always be your safe place. Home is where I grew up and got to see the world around me and feel safe with the ones that surround me. Home is my happy place and forever will be till the end of time, Whether my house is big or small my home will always be my happy place. Although some days might be hard, but you know deep down inside your heart your home will always be the first place to be. Some may not like their home but they will always have that one memory that they will cherish until the end. Some might see a home as just a building or a small apartment, but they are very wrong. Home is where you grow up and make the best of memories.
