What Home Means to Me

My home is like a big white house with a large backyard and a sunroom at the back and a white door, And a big living room with a fireplace with hot flames and in the back a big brown shed, At the front of my house there is a big stump in the middle of the lawn and a stone pathway leading up to the front door, In the sunroom there is a big pile of wood and some furniture, And if you go into the sunroom and then you look back you will see a big golf course. My home sounds like cats meowing and dogs barking and the sounds from the tv, My home sounds like the door opening and the whooshing water coming from the shower upstairs, My home sounds like people going up the stairs and the heater right beside the couch. My home smells like the candles in the kitchen and the smell of steam coming from the shower, My home smells like the wood in the sunroom and the smell of dinner cooking in the kitchen, My home smells as nice as a flower, My home smells like the smell of a wet dog. My home tastes like macaroni and cheese for lunch and chicken and rice for dinner, My home tastes like pop on the weekends and cereal for breakfast, My home tastes like popcorn while watching our favorite show and yummy carrots. My home feels like the softness of my dog's fur and the hardness of the wood floor, My home feels like the bouncy floor on the trampoline, My home feels like a place where I will have lots of fun with my family.
