What Home Means to Me

My home is yellow and inviting, I invite all my friends over and we are crazy, I have a lot of friends in my neighborhood we play outside a lot, In the summer we go in my pool, in the winter we go sledding and build forts, I can't wait to enjoy our fire table this summer, I love my ping pong table, it's pretty big, and I love playing with friends and family, My home sounds like a loud squeaky dryer, Me and my friends raging at our game, My dog barking as loud as a car horn, My mom talking to her clients while the radio plays, My dad screaming at football in the basement, People walking home from school, My dad watching something on his phone full volume, My home smells like my mom’s special lasagna, New ping-pong rackets I got for Christmas, Clean blankets, My dog’s food, My dog when he is wet, My home tastes like my mom’s special foods, Spaghetti with my mom’s special sauce, bowtie noodles, My mom’s special burgers, My morning eggs and bacon, My neighbor’s brownies and cookies, My home feels like a warm place I can go, A place were I will make a lot of memories, Fun times with my family, controllers and computer mouse, My nice warm bed I sleep in every night, The guts in the pumpkins during Halloween. That's what home means to me.
