What Home Means to Me

Home is not something we do, it's something we feel, Home is in our hearts and in our eyes, Homes can be big and small, short and tall, But they all have something in common, They fill our hearts with joy! In my eyes I look at home and see a lot, Because what I see are memories, Every year after Christmas i’d sit in a tiny little box, But sitting in that box brought me joy, Seeing my family brought me joy, I see my family being chaotic and that makes me laugh, What I see in my home is laughter, Laughter brings us all together, And being together brings us joy, But sometimes joy doesn't always win, I saw and felt some dark and gloomy times too, But joy came back and to win, There is always hope and laughter, Sometimes we all get a taste of joy, And it makes us feel warm and fuzzy, And good inside it’s AMAZING, All of that happens in a home, home is like a giant heart pounding with happiness, and joy, Don't look for happiness you won't find it, But you can make joy out of anything, For example I get joy out of hearing, I hear laughter everywhere and people having fun, My home is lovely I hear I see I taste I feel, And it’s all amazing. I love home… Be Happy and love home.
