What Home Means to Me

My house is blue, with a black roof, and a large garden, My house is on a hill called Harmony Mountain, I see my parents cooking, and working, I see the sun shining, I see the moon glowing like an orb in the night sky. I see the green in the garden, I see snow falling from the sky, and I see rain. I hear my brother, and my dog barking like a bloodhound, I hear the leaves rustling in the wind, howling through the trees, like wolves. I hear the song of the birds, and my cat scratching the door like a tiger. I hear the sound of rain pattering against the window, and sometimes it's as quiet as a mouse. My home smells like my mom and dad's cooking, I smell meat and smells as good as cinnamon. I smell the flowers in my garden. They smell as good as perfume. My home smells like my dog and cat, it smells like honey and baked goods, and the smell of spices. My home tastes like meat and salad, homemade spaghetti that tastes like sunshine. I taste fruit, vegetables, sweet and sour treats that taste like honey. My home tastes like salad, and steak, and my home tastes like spices, herbs and lame. My home tastes like chocolates and ice cream as well. My home feels like the soft fur of my cat, and the feel of grass and snow. My bed is as soft as a cloud. My home feels like a rock as safe as can be, but most importantly, home is something that everyone deserves.
