Home

There is a difference between a home and a house. A house is bricks, wood, stone, siding etc… But a home is more than a house. Home is where I feel safe, everyone has a different home. After a long day at school, home is where I feel great. I push numbers rushing on my lock and get it wrong, I try again and get it right, as soon as I walk in I can smell dinner and I try guessing what it is in my head and end up getting it completely wrong. Home is where I feel safe, Precious, where I belong, somewhere to be comfortable. A place where you have laughed, a place where you have cried, a place where you spend your holidays. Home is somewhere to keep memories, and to share them. I find it hard to believe that there are people out there who don't have a home, don't have a place to go, don't have a place to sleep at night, somewhere to be comfortable, after you come back from somewhere there is nowhere to go. Grade 4,5,and 6 write a poem, help people find a home. Habitat for humanity, help people find a home.
