What is a Home?

My home holds a special place in my heart. It helps me and I have been through so much in this home I cant even explain even though there may have been some bad times in this home, but that is part of life there has also been so many good times. What makes my home special? To me a home is a place where love goes. It is not even my home it is what's inside of my home that makes my home my home, like my family, pets and all of the memories that me and my family made in this home. Like my first word, my first day of school, my birthday and my first time walking this home is so special because I grew up here. What does my home do? My home gives me shelter and protects me from storms, wind and snow. My home makes me feel safe because I know that it is safe here. This home has been through so many storms and bad weather and all of those times my home has protected me. What does my home make me feel? My home gives me so many feelings. It makes me feel safe, happy and loved when I am at home. I don't feel alone. It makes me feel loved and happy to know that I always have somebody there for me like my family by my side. This is why I love my home. It doesn't matter about the structure it matters that I am with the people in my home no matter how big or small my home is I will always be grateful for it. I have so many special memories here. There is no place like home where I would rather be.
