The Meaning of Home

The meaning of a home is more than simply a house. It is a responsibility for the owner. When a home doesn’t have an owner, it starts getting problems. The wood slowly gets moldy, and the roof tiles, bit by bit, get blown off. It is a place where you are happy and can express your opinions freely without elements of the outside world demoralizing you. Homes usually have a story to tell. My home has been through extremely rough times. Mice used to stay in the attic, the downstairs pipe got clogged, and the pipes upstairs right above my room broke open. You sometimes have conflicts with your siblings but that just explains how much you love them and play with them all the time.
