Meaning of home to Me. Hi, my name is Jacklyn Burgess, I’m going to talk about the meaning of home to me. My meaning of home is a warm place for you to live with lots of love in a house. Home is a place for you to feel warm and safe. To have a warm place to sleep every night. A place where you can feel comfortable and safe in storms, where I can be warm and not cold. Where I am not hungry as there is food in the fridge. In our home there are walls that will always keep us safe from dangerous animals like cougars. But most of all the meaning of home to me is in my home there is love. I have parents who care for me and support me. My brother, although I think he is a pain, he is very loving and I love when he hugs me .So I think my home is important to me because I know that I will always be safe.
