Meaning of Home

Meaning of Home The Meaning of Home is different for a lot of people, but for me the meaning of home is somewhere where you're surrounded by your loved ones. Somewhere you know you can always go no matter what and always be accepted. Home isn't just a place with walls,rooms, and a roof. That's a house. What makes it a home is the people and memories in it either the new to make or the ones that are already there. Home is a secure place and a comfort zone. A place to live with family and to have a pleasant time with friends. I never feel alone or lonely when I think of home. I always feel surrounded by love and filled with joy. Home is where you play,get mad,laugh,and yell. Home is where you learn everything like to walk,run,stand up,talk,and almost everything you know. Even though the location of your home might change, like you might move to a different city, a different province, or maybe even across the world, but those memories that you made will always stay with you no matter the location. Your home doesn't need to be big and have multiple stories because you will create multiple and new stories in that home for forever to come. Home is a place you can go to after a long tiring day of school, work, or anything you can go to put your feet up and relax, and just do whatever you want. Home is the place that when you have to go to, they have to take you in. Home is somewhere you can always depend on for food in front of you, a roof over your head, to laugh and cry, to always be accepted and loved no matter what. Whenever I see a less fortunate person I always feel so bad for them for not being able to experience the meaning of a home, and I feel so good that i'm just taking a little bit of my time and that it might not help much but knowing that I helped a little to help get one of those less fortunate people into a house then into a home. It makes me feel really happy. So that's what the meaning of home is for me. It's probably different for a lot of people but I think that's what the true meaning of home is for me.
