Meaning of Home

The meaning of home. The meaning of home is different to everyone. For me there are a lot of meanings, but my top three meanings would be; home is a safe place, home is a good shelter, and home is a place where you feel loved. In this essay, I will be talking about these three things and what they mean to me. A safe place. Home is where you should feel safe. If you don’t feel safe, it might not be the right home for you. I always feel safe in my home. Some homes aren't safe, and it’s your job to find the ones that YOU feel safe in. There are reasons why homes can’t be safe, but I'm going to share with you the reasons why I think home is a safe place. Home is a safe place because that is where you live. You must be safe in your home otherwise, would it be a safe place? Also, home is where you can find peace. No peace equals not a safe place. Another thing is that home can be however you want it to be. You can have your home however you want for you to feel safe. Shelter. Home is your shelter. In a home you should be dry and at the perfect temperature for YOU.
