HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS
Home, Home, Home…
It where there’s a garden gnome
in my front yard,
where me and my friend play cards.
Home is somewhere I can relax
and not worry about taxes.
But before my home was just a house.
Where, probably, lived a little mouse.
Now that house is a habitat,
where you can calmly watch a cat chase a rat.
Home is somewhere that you barely put effort
and you’re already at maximum comfort.
My home is my shelter.
A place I feel safer.
Even though I have to sweep the floor,
when it’s clean I like it even more.
I really like Habitat For Humanity.
What they’re doing is good for the community.
Home is somewhere I am free.
That’s it. A poem on home made by me.
