Meaning of Home

What is a home? Where is a home? Home is more than an ordinary house you live in. Home is where you are safe. Where you are loved. Home can be all sorts of things. Everyone should have a place to call “home.” Your home can be your house, somewhere outside, or even at school! A home is a place to be comfortable and to have privacy. Home is not always a happy place. You might have also had sad times there too. In my home, I have a dining table. That is where I have my mother’s cooking with my family. In my home, I have a Nintendo Switch. I used that to play games with my father and I win all the time! I have a bed. I play games and sometimes cry there too. What is the difference between my home and others? My home has a unique scent like no other. My home has different memories inside. My home looks different than others. My home is an incredibly special place indeed. Home is something everyone should have. Home might not always be a happy place. Home is a place of prayer. A place of memories. Home can be all sorts of things.
