My Thoughts of Home

A home can mean different things. My thoughts of home might be different, but what matters is what home means to me. Like playing in the backyard is not just playing in the backyard, but it is the memories you can look back on from your childhood. Your mom’s cooking is not just your mom’s cooking, it is the love and the care she puts in the food. If you are wondering what makes a home different from a house, it is the things you put inside your house. A house is the couch, kitchen, and the utensils. A house is the structural design and the furniture inside it. A home is the support, memories, trust, family, & the faith. A home is the things you make inside the house. A home can be anything you can feel, see, touch, smell. It is up to you. My home can be completely different from someone else’s. My home is different because of my culture & belief. My home is different because of my language. My home is different because of my religious faith. Your home can be different from my home but whatever it is I bet it is a wonderful, safe, and beautiful home. Now do not forget the only reason home is home is because of what you put in it and because of you, your home is a home. That is what my thoughts of home are.
