Home
You might think a home is just a place with furniture and electronics. You might not. A home to me is a place where I feel loved, free and safe.
I feel loved because I have a family at home and they love me and care for me. I feel free because I don't have to do something somebody says all the time and I don't have to be controlled. I don't have to be told what to do. At home I feel safe because there is no war and nobody is getting hurt or abused because in my house I am safe.
This essay has been written to donate $10 to the Habitat for Humanity fundraiser. To make a difference about homeless and poor people we need to change our future of Canada. Because the less things we do, the more homeless people there will be. Those homeless people will probably have children and they will have children and it just goes on and on. Maybe those children might not survive. So we have to make a stop to it! To make a difference we must donate to make houses for homeless people.
