My Home is Canada

Home can be wherever you want it to be. Home is Canada, Home is Alberta, and Home is family. Home is where you are loved and where you fit in. Home is where you feel comfortable, It’s how you want it to be, it's what you want it to be. It's where you're fed and it’s where you get sleep, happiness, things you need. I love my home because I have a roof over my head and toys to play with. I'm writing this right now for people that don’t have a roof over their heads and toys to play with. Every kid out there should get a roof over their heads and not be homeless because they should get a place to call home. So that's why my class is doing this to build a house for someone's future. So individuals have the hardest part gone, which is finding a place to call home. They can get a job and turn their life around and for their family too! Then their kids will raise money. Everyone will have a place to call home and that place is Canada. Home is family, it's where I feel comfortable, it's where I'm happy, it's where I go to school, it's where I’m fed, it’s where I learn, it's where my friends and family are. It's where I’m loved. It's called Canada and I'm proud to say it. And this is what home means to me.
