My House is My Home

What is the difference between a house and a home? The house does not always feel like home. But if you feel comfortable, warm, if you like to come home to the people you love and care about, that means that a house becomes a home. I know the people in my home, I know the place like the back of my hand. My family lives with me in my home, people I care about and that care about me. I may have moved into different places but they all felt like my home at that time. It doesn't matter if it is a humble house or a mansion, it needs to feel like home to you and the people around you. You can buy an expensive mansion and never feel like being at home if you are not happy living there. My home keeps me warm and cozy and I have my own space when I need it. Me and other family members have separate bedrooms, me and my brother also have our gaming rooms downstairs to have fun playing games with our friends. It protects us from snow storms, hail, and wind. Every night I feel safe and protected by my home. I have people that care about me and I care about them. I am happy to have a place to call home together with my family and nice friends. I wouldn't change anything in my house because I love my home. My home is nice and warm and can be an interesting place to live in at times. I have my dogs, a cozy room, a family and lots more. I love my home and everything in it that I need and makes me feel comfortable and safe.
