Meaning Of Home To take a roof and 4 walls and make it into a home I think you need personal things, family/people, and stuff/items. All of these things always make me feel welcomed and right at home. You’re going to find out just why I feel like this in my essay. Family is really important to making a house a home because they care for you and will never let you down. Those people to me are my mom, she works to pay the bills, cooks for me and takes good care of me. My Dad works to pay bills, cooks for me, takes good care of me and helps with school. My sister is always there to play with me, cheers me up when I'm grumpy and always helps me with problems. The stuff/things/items you choose are exclusive to you, which is very important for making a house a home. Those things to me are my xbox, I love my xbox because I can have fun adventures with my friends and talk, joke and laugh. My Oculus, I love my Oculus because I can somewhat see my friends. It's video games but you’re active, it's very trippy and it’s fun to play. Tv, I love to watch tv, youtube, I need it to play xbox so that's a bonus, and both are very calming. Having personal things is extremely important when it comes to making a house a home in my eyes. For me my bed is one of those things, because it's safe, right at home, and I sleep there every night. The smell of my house is very special because it brings back memories and reminds me of my home. My art book is very important because I can be creative in any way I could possibly be and no matter what no one can judge me. These things such as personal things, people, and stuff you own are all important to me and make a home for me.
