What is a Home to Me?

My letter about the differences between houses and homes, A house is made with brick walls, glass and wood. It uses structures to build it. A house can be broken down or built up. A house can be sold to others. A house can come in many different colors. And there are different house styles. A house can be small or big. It can be in the countryside, city or waterfront. A house can have pools and gardens with flowers and trees. A house has roofs to rest birds and animals. The chimneys will give off curling smoke. When it's nighttime, houses will light up to show people how to their homes and warm up their hearts. Those houses will become someone's cozy shelter and home. A home is made by love, care, memories, family and happiness, where people are born in a warm embrace. Maybe the home is not big, and not a lot of luxuries. But it has a mom who raises her kids with love and care day by day and year by year until she grows old. We have family members at home. We share all kinds of feelings with each other. We brush our teeth, cook, eat, watch Tv and play together at home. We hug, laugh, cry, smile, argue, forgive. We grow up till we marry and have our kids in a small and warm home. A home can be in a house or not or anywhere, but the home will be in our hearts and memories with love till we leave this world.
