My H.O.M.E.
If someone were to ask me, “What is a home?” I would probably respond with something like, “Home to me is a safe place.” To some people that may not be the “right answer,” but home to everyone is something different, and that's why I'm writing this. I want people to know what home means to me, and maybe it will change your perspective on your home.
A home and a house may have the same appearance, but not the same meaning or feeling. A house might just have four walls and a roof, but home is so much more than that. My home is the place where I grew up, learned to walk, where I laugh, play, and where I am raised. My home is where memories are made, traditions are created, and rules are set in place.
What I love most about my home is the people I share it with, my family. It doesn't matter whether they are blood or not, family are people who support me and love me. Home is the place I sleep at night and where I wake up every morning. Home is where I have my three meals every day. Home is where I spend time with my family. Home is where me and my family have game night every Friday. Home is a very special place to me and that is why everyone should have a place to call home!
