A house is brick, stone and wood Tile floors, windows and doors A house can hold some memories, most of them are not the best A house is just a structure that wants you to rest A Home is safe, special and can be moved It has your friends and family they‘re special too It’s filled with love, compassion and care Finding something like that is so rare You smell the fresh cut grass walking down the sidewalk You look up and see the beautiful sky as you walk Walking down the path reminds me of what I love Playing, dancing and having fun I might change where I live throughout the years but all my memories will still be near It doesn’t matter your address or city you live in It’s just that you are happy and have a place where you feel safe in.
