Meaning of Home

Home to me is where everyone is welcomed, sheltered and loved. In my home everyone gets to relax after a hard day's work, where I would always just lay down on my sofa until I have got enough rest and then get back to carrying on with my day. Whenever I am hungry I always just go to my pantry and take a snack. I also enjoy amazing meals cooked by my parents for dinner. One of the most important things to me is to have a good time and enjoy being at home because enjoying makes you happier and willing to do more things which is basically giving you an open mind. One thing that I really enjoy at home is spending time with my family, which is my little brother and my parents. We would always watch movies together and sometimes watch shows together. We do play video games but the only two games that my parents enjoy are Tetris and the old Mario Kart because they are classic games and that is what my parents played when they were my age. Staying with my family at home is really important to me because I love my family, they have always been there for me, they have always cared for me and are the ones that love me. Home is super important to me, my brother and my parents because home is what brings us together and makes us a family. I hope that Habitat For Humanity can give every family a right to refer to a house as THEIR home. I really appreciate Habitat For Humanity for working so hard to make Canada welcoming for everyone and most importantly, making Canada a better place. That is what a home means to me.
