What Home Means to Me
What Home Means to Me
Home is anytime I am with my family because they make me happy when I am sad. They give me nice, warm hugs and we spend a lot of time together. We are always making memories with everyone in our family. Our home is a cozy, safe place where we love to spend our nights cuddling and watching movies together. At my home I know I am safe.
Home means food because some kids have no food at home, so I'm lucky to have food everyday. My mom makes us all kinds of food like potatoes, steak, banana bread, cupcakes, cakes. She always makes us really tasty cakes and cupcakes for our birthdays.
I love playing outside with my siblings because people don’t get to play with their siblings all the time. I am lucky to play with my siblings outside because some people do not. We like to skidoo together, quad together, go tubing together and go to the beach together.I love spending quality time with my family and friends. We spend many weekends skidooing with lots of our family. Duck Lake is where we like to go for a big fire and weiner roast.
Home is playing fetch with my dog, Diesel, is something we like to do for fun. He loves to play outside with me and my siblings. He is just like family to us. He cuddles me every night when I'm going to sleep.
Home is playing with my baby sister, Ayla, and teaching her new things. I especially love teaching my baby sister how to talk because I love being with her and seeing her grow and try to imitate me.
Home is playing with my twin sister, Brianna, but we do not look alike. We have so much fun because Brianna is so funny and we always laugh so hard together. She loves to tell jokes to everyone in our family and anyone that comes to our house. Home is where laughter is heard.
Home to me is hugging my mom, Michelle, and my step dad Jake, and my dad Barry. Home is where I am surrounded by love.
