What Does Home Mean to You?
Home is where people live and I have lived in one home and only one home since I was a baby. I consider myself very lucky. My home is where I eat my dinner and play with my family. When I think of home I see my
family. Home makes me feel safe and warm inside.
What home means to me is that I live there, I eat there and I do almost everything there. If people don’t have a home, they aren’t able to cook, sleep or even stay warm. I know I am lucky because many people don’t even have a home. So I hope people can find a home and live like they dreamed to in life!
When I think of home I see my pets and pets are a part of my home. I have a pet cat. His name is Gizmo. He is a black cat and loves to cuddle. I also have a pet dog whose name is Noodle. He is fun and silly . Once he ran into a wall and played dead. Then he started to run around and got tired. Eventually, he crawled up to me and fell asleep.
When people move to a new home they leave memories behind and when that happens the new home makes new memories. New memories are fantastic because new memories can make friends and family feel happy and safe.
Home is a special place to me and my family. If I move I will get very sad and I don't want that to happen. Even if I leave my home, I will love my newhome one way or another because you can make new memories. Sadly homeless people don't have a home, so they don’t have a home to come home to.
That’s what home means to me.
