What Home Means to Me

My mom, dad, sister and my cat, Esmay, all live in my home. I live in a two story house surrounded by lots of small protective rocks that make me feel safe. My yard is fun to play in. My sister and I love to bounce on the trampoline and hide out in the coolest two story playhouse that my dad built. My dad is smart and funny. I like to play with his really old space lego on my magical lego table or when we play video games together. My family likes to watch funny movies together so we laugh a lot. My house has lots of bright lights so it's especially easy to draw, except when my fluffy, cute and sly cat sits on my paper. One of my favorite things to do is cuddle with my cat in my warm comfortable bed. It always cheers me up if I'm feeling grouchy. I also like to play board games and drink tea with my mom. Once she let me and my sister bake cookies by ourselves and we used icing sugar instead of flour. They didn't taste very good but my mom and dad ate them anyway. That's love, that's my home.
