Homes are Important

Home is a place to be safe and secure, a place to relax and think. People that don't have a home are not secure or safe. Homeless people are usually freezing in the winter and they are not secure. They sleep on the floor and don't have a place to sleep except the concrete floor. Most of the time people don't think about homeless people but imagine sleeping on concrete living in freezing temperatures. We should think about these people because living on concrete would not be nice. So we should be grateful we have a place to sleep. So it's a good thing to think about others and help. My home is nice to me because I get a comfy place to sleep and eat. My family cares about me too so they will help if I'm depressed or if I'm angry. Sometimes home can be sad, like if someone passed away that you really care about. It is also a place to release your sadness. One way I release my sadness is cuddling with my cat and dog. Everyone that has a home is lucky to have a home. I love my pets. If I'm sad my dog will cheer me up by playing with me. Also my cat would lay with me if I was sad. My dog's name is Bella and my kitten's name is Willy. Bella is really cute. My dog is 4 years old and my kitten is 7 months. Why is this important? It's because I love my pets and my home.
