What home is to me

Home should treat you how you want to be treated and the people around you. A home does not need to have four walls and a roof. But it does need to have these things, trust me when I say it needs to make you feel good about what you do, what you say and what you wear because a home is not judgemental, A home is safe because if you don’t feel safe then that is not your home. A home has people that you trust and are your friends because, If you can’t trust people then you are one step into a confusing life. In the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson, “A house is made with walls and beams; a home is made love and dreams”. This quote means a lot to me because it is not saying that a home needs to be a building, it is saying that there is a difference between a house and a home and to me that is truly and I mean truly amazing to me. You must believe me when I say a home doesn’t mean bullying because if there is bullying in your life then you are going to feel like you have to be a bully and that will not make you feel good or anyone else. If you have a home you will know that a home is happy, joyful and will not make you feel bad.
