What does home mean to me

What home means to me. Home is where the heart is, it’s where happiness and joy is spread. It’s where I always know that I’m safe, welcome and loved. It’s where my dog runs and jumps on me when I come home, it’s where my little sister runs and hugs me as soon as I walk through the door. It's where I can smell dinner being made all the way upstairs, It's where I can smell my dog's wet fur as soon as she comes home from a walk in the rain. It's where the fireplace feels so warm on my face when I come inside from playing in the snow. It’s where I know that even if I’m having a bad day, I can always come home and everything will be okay. That's what home means to me.
