The Meaning of Home

Home to me means sitting by a warm and cozy fire. It means playing with family and friends. It means making a warm dinner for my family. It might mean cleaning up and helping around the house. It means saying, “I love you,” before you fall asleep. It means live, laugh, love. It also means feeling safe in your home and being comfortable with who you are. To me, home means to share my feelings, good or bad, and trusting your family will help you through a rough time.
