Home Sweet Home Home can mean a lot of different things, but to me, the three main meanings of home are safety, happiness, and love. If your home doesn't share these meanings then it is not a home it is just a house. A home should be safe, I know my home is safe because I can trust everyone in my home. My home is safe and secure and everyone in my home cares for me and keeps me safe. When I come home I feel safe and welcomed by my family but that's not all a home should be. A home should be filled with happiness, I know my home is because when I come home my parents and family greet me with a hug, and when I tell a joke they all laugh and I can feel the happiness in my home, a home should also be full of love. A home should be full of love, because the people in your home don't love each other, It's not a home, it's just a house. I know my house is full of love because there are never fights and my parents care about me as well as my brother. That is what a home means to me.
