Why home is special to me

A house is just a house. Bricks, walls and just structure. People make them and sometimes break them. A house can have very interesting rooms with lots of interesting stuff but that's not what matters most. There's people you love in that house and good energy. It's a place where you feel like you belong and feel safe. That's why it’s not just a house, it's a home. At my house it has great structure and nice floors but also my house is a home to me because I can feel like I belong here and I can be myself. There's so many memories I have in this home that just brighten my day. My home is not for making mistakes and getting yelled at, it’s for learning from them. Every day I feel safe and happy . I have been at my house for 11 years and for 11 years my house felt like a home. My house is not just a house It's a home.
