Meaning of Home

Hi, for me home means where my family is. My family could be in a cardboard box and it would be a home for me. There is a difference between a house and a home. A house is where you have bathrooms, bedrooms, and a driveway or a back lane. A home could be anything, and it doesn't need anything but a family. My home is special because it is a home and a house. It has my family and has a lot of rooms and a driveway and it even has a pool in its back yard. So home means to me where my family is and not just a shelter. The reason I think this is my home is that if I try to remember anything when I was younger I can only remember my home. Also I have fun in my home because I can play in the snow and sometimes I have snowball fights with my family. I am also comfortable with my house because I have a ton of sofas and I have my own bed and I am lucky because not that many people have all of that. I love snuggling with my family and watching movies. I love playing ping pong with my dad in our basement and I love reading a book with my mom before bed. I love trapping my dog in my arms. Secretly, I love fighting with my brother over the TV. So for me home is where I have fun, feel comfortable and can be with my family. I know how lucky I am and I wish everybody's homes were like mine.
