Values Of Home
To me my home means safety, and safety is very important to me.
My house provides safety to me and my family by having four strong walls that can hold out anybody, and even the nastiest of storms.
My family lives in a home with me, which makes it special to me. Home means having a place where you feel comfortable around those who love you. A home is where you can go to be free of the outside world, without judgment. Having a home is something that everybody deserves, no matter how different they are. It doesn’t matter what your home looks like, it can be green, purple, mini, or skyscraping. It doesn’t matter because everyone’s home is different, and that doesn’t mean it’s bad, just different.
Some people have a way of judging others by how big their house is, or how good-looking it is, but really as long as your house has value to you, it’s a tremendous house. I say this because there are so many people in this world who absolutely dislike their house, maybe because it's dangerous or just because it doesn’t feel like something they want to live in during their lives.
To me this is the meaning of home, a home is a blessing, and not something to be taken for granted.
“Home should be an anchor, a port in a storm, a refuge, a happy place in which to dwell, a place where we are loved and we can love.”
