Home
Home is not just a house. It is a community and neighborhood. My home is where I learned to talk. Home is where I cherish so many long-lasting memories of fun and sometimes sad memories. The sad memories are important so you cherish the happy moments. My home is where I learned to run and not only that, but I learned to be a good person. A home might be a small apartment or a huge mansion. My home is happy, my home is sometimes sad. My home is a place to sing and dance. I have a home but some may not. My home is where I feel safe and have three sisters and a mom and dad. Home is where I gather with my family. My home is warm, loving and welcoming. All my basic needs are found in my home shelter, food, water and clothing. But, home is way more than basic needs. It’s friends and family.
