What Home Means to Me

Home isn’t a place. Home is a feeling. It is the feeling of being safe, being warm, and being loved. Home isn't a house. A house is physical. A home is mental. A house is a place. Home is wherever you feel it needs to be. Not having a home is like relish on a banana in spaghetti. Let me explain. Relish on a banana in spaghetti isn’t right. It doesn’t feel right, and it doesn’t taste right. Living in a house is just a house, and it might not be home to you. However, if it feels like home and you like it, it is like a normal banana in spaghetti without relish. Maybe with some peanut butter and toast. But, like I said earlier, if it is just a house that does not feel like home, it’s like telling grandpa to pass the relish to put on your banana in spaghetti. HE CAN’T HEAR YOU HE’S TOO OLD!!! We should all have a home.
