Meaning of Home

A house is a place where you can live but not necessarily a place where there's love to give. In my home where I roam there is laughter and love. It's a place that I like to think of. A home is where I can be myself and keep all of my special things on the shelf. A house is a place with a roof over your head but it may not have the comfiest bed. Family pictures hanging on the wall and a place to put my favorite doll. When my parents come to say goodnight I wake up feeling sunny and bright. When I see someone on the street growing old day by day I will give them money so hopefully one day they can finally say home sweet home and have a home that's sweet as honey. I know one day I will leave my home and have a house of my own. To make it a home it will have to be more than bricks and stone. To make my house a home it has to be filled with memories not just accessories. To make these memories I would need to start a family of my own. Having a family in my home would be so much better than being alone. “There's no place like home,” Frank Baum wrote. So let's take note of the quote that Frank Baum wrote.
