H.O.M.E.

H.O.M.E The parcel of land was empty at first, But ready to go as though it had rehearsed. It would be the perfect place for a family to lay their head, Too sit around a table and be fed. The bricks were laid one by one, Each step of the way would be carefully done. The walls were built and the roof put on, In front of me would be a big green lawn, I was a great house ready to be lived in, Then at last a couple moved in. 5 years later. The couple loved me, I was so very happy. The couple had a new member, She settled in,in september. The couple felt safe with me, That made me feel great. They both grew old, They made the house very bold, But they moved on because they were ready to go. They said Bye on their moving day, I will always remember the day they moved in, I know the want forget me, Because with me they always had morning tea. I loved them very much, They always gave me the classy touch. I thought my days where coming to an end, But before they where going to crush me into dust, Finally a new family moved in, And a whole new life began.
