My Home Sweet Home

Hey, when you think about home, what comes to your mind first? When I think of home, I think of love, laughter, and family. It's the beginning of a new day, and I wake up with a smile on my face. I race as fast as I can, downstairs to meet my family and have breakfast. I believe that everyone deserves this. Everyone deserves a home. Everyone deserves to be warm and loved. Home is a place where you play board games on rainy days and watch TV with your family. It’s a place where when you're scared or nervous, your family is there to love you. Home is a place where you want to be. A home is a place where you belong. It is a place of fun, laughter, family and love. Home is where you relax after a long day at school. A home is where you are loved, yet a house is just a shelter. Everyone needs a home. I am so lucky to have a home. By Riley L.
