What Home Means to Me
My home is a place where I can go for shelter, food and most importantly hope. If I walk into my home, I feel safe and protected. When I say the word house I think of a building with walls, roof, and a place to stay! When I say the word home, I think of a safe, warm place with food, water, shelter, family, friends, and hope. If something bad happens at school, I love to just go home and relax and chill out.
My home makes me feel safe and protected because my family is there, and I can meet my friends! I am incredibly grateful to have a place to stay. I know some people do not have a home, but I hope one day we will find a way to help those people!
