Parts of My Home

A home is full of places from kitchens to bathrooms and rec rooms too. The rooms in your house is what makes it a home. So, let’s explore the parts of your home from hooks to nooks and maybe some books! Kitchens are where you make plates of food, wash the dishes, scrub those utensils too! A dining room is where you eat your supper, say grace and be thankful for your family while eating your meal. My room keeps me safe - my stuffies and toys full of joy. My room is where I sit and play, learned to stand and lay, my room is my place to be. My favorite room is my rec room - my siblings’ pets’ aunts and uncles will be there too. But it’s not a house, it’s a home, my home - this is what my home means to me.
