A House Turns into a Home

There once was a house that felt lonely because it had no people to keep safe and warm. It was cracking and was full of moss and vines. It hasn’t been a real home for years. But one day that all changed - people came to the house and fixed it. They got rid of all the moss and vines. They patched every single crack. The house was turning into a home. They put all kinds of items inside to make it feel like a home. Finally, it was finished, the people were done making it a home, a real home. A place where people feel safe and warm, where they don’t get judged for who they are. The home belonged to people that have never had a home. They have been on the streets their whole life. They never got to feel how amazing a home actually felt. Everybody felt happy, the people and the house. The people had a safe place to stay and the house had someone to keep safe and warm. The house has been turned into a home.
