The Meaning of Home

My home is a welcoming place where I find my family. My home is where I can be my joyful self. My home is welcoming. Every time I walk in, everything is clean and inviting. My home smells like the peanut butter cookies that my grandma, who lives with us, bakes. I feel joyful to be in a place of my own where I can act goofy whenever I want to. My home is inviting, when my friends come over to spend time in both the TV and playroom in the basement. Home is family, my charming family is made up of people who love me and enjoy being around me. My family is caring, comforting and perseverant. My family supports me and helps me get through whatever challenges that I’m going through. That's what my charming family is. My delightful home is a place where I can be my joyful self and feel comfortable. My home is where I can be safe and feel relaxed. At my home I know that whatever I do I won’t be judged for it. My delightful home is welcoming because my beloved parents are there. When I get home from school my parents ask me how my day was at school and if I had a rough day they ask me if I want to talk about it. They are very kind because when I get cold and go inside they make me a heavenly cup of hot chocolate.
