What Does Home Mean to Me

To me home is where family and friends are, and at home maybe you could even learn a piano or guitar. At home is where you keep all of your memories, and all of your greatest amazing stories. Home is a place where you eat and sleep, and maybe you’ll need to take that leap. To move out and have a home of your own. You don’t need a house to have a home, that’s another reason I'm making this poem. Home is where you grow up, and maybe you’ll even get a pup. At home is where you feel joy, with all of your electronics and toys. A home is not always a house, It’s a place where you're safe. When you’re home you don’t feel alone, and even if you’re not home you can talk on the phone. Home is an important place, somewhere you’ll never replace. That's what home means to me. By Matthew B
