Meaning Of Home

You may think a house is just a roof and some walls but it's MUCH more than that because when I go up the driveway to enter my house my dog greets me before I can even go inside. Home is where I can open the door to see those I love and care about. Home is a place where the memories begin to grow until the present. Home is where each year a day of Christmas celebrations is also a day of spending time with those you love and those who love you. Home is where I feel loved and complete. Home is where I know I will always be a part of this place I call home. Home is where you can eat with those you love. Home is where you can be yourself and not be judged. Home is where you can remember the moments you had with your family and friends. Home is where I can sit down and have a movie night with my family and enjoy their company. Home is where I can help cook meals so I can get better at cooking. Home is where I feel like I don't have to worry about anything. Home is where I can play in the snow with my family even though it's freezing outside. Home is where I can feed my rabbits even though they probably don't like me a lot but I love them. Home is where even though I have some tough times I can still count on those I know can cheer me up during those times. Thank you for letting me type out what home actually means to me. Doing this can help others appreciate their homes and how lucky they are. Home will always be the best place to be during the worst times.
