What Home Means to Me

Home can mean many different things to different people. This is what HOME means to me. First, home is family. I feel most at home whenever I am with my family because they support me and make me happy. I’d even consider my pets to be family as well. Secondly, home is where I live. I have lived in a few different places but they have all been very important to me. I lived in Penticton BC until I was eight years old. I lived in Nova Scotia with my sister for the end of 2019. Now I live in Summerside P.E.I and I love it! Home is also the building you live in. My house is grey and there is a granite landing. There are two sets of stairs at the front, one going up and one going down. Upstairs there is a living room and the kitchen there is also a bathroom, my room and my parents room. Downstairs there is another living room, a guest room, a weight room, the second bathroom, the furnace room and finally my brother's room. Home is a very important thing. Even if it means different things to some people we all need one. My image of home is a place where you are loved, the community you live in, and even the building you live in. It's still all home.
