What home means to me

Home is a 4 letter word with 1 syllable but a big meaning. My home is my comfort zone, a place that I feel secure. I feel safe in my house do you? If you answered that question, yes you're lucky but do you have a home? You can have a house but even if you don't have a nice house or a house at all you can still have a home. Your house and your home can be 2 different places. My house is a building with 4 walls and a roof. Some people's houses might be a tent,a maison,a shack,or a cardboard box or a house like mine. Your home can be 13553215676876kms away from your house but it can still be your home. Your home can change places for me. My home is when I am with family and friends I feel safe around them and that's my home. Back to my question.. “Do you feel safe in your house?” I said. If you answer yes you are lucky. You may have thought what if I said no well then.. You may be a part of the 2 percent of the world who doesn't have a house. Or you may just not feel safe in your house. Well that's why habitat for humanity is a great organization! Because it gives families who don't have houses houses. In my opinion it's an outstanding charity and it would mean a lot if you donate. And that's what home means to me.
